When shipping to military addresses, the journey is split between the civilian and military postal systems. Here is how it works:
Step 1: The USPS & MPSA Partnership Military mail is a joint effort. We ship your order via USPS, which transports the package to a U.S.-based sorting hub and officially hands it over to the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA).
Step 2: The "Delivered to Agent" Scan If your tracking says "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery," don't panic! It hasn't reached the recipient yet. This simply means USPS successfully completed their leg of the trip and transferred the package to the MPSA.
Step 3: Crossing the Ocean (By Plane) To get your order there quickly, we use Priority Mail. The military puts your package on a cargo flight overseas, which typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. (We avoid ground shipping, which goes by cargo ship and takes 4-8 weeks).
Step 4: The Final Mile Once overseas, the military routes it to the correct base, where the unit mail clerk distributes it directly to the service member.
