Team Building That Makes an Impact

Bring your team together for a meaningful, morale-boosting event that directly supports deployed military. Our Hero Team Building Program provides everything you need to host a care package assembly event at your office, school, or event space.

Choose from three care package sizes—Small, Medium, or Large—to match your budget and team size. Once your order is confirmed, we ship a Hero Crate filled with all the supplies needed for a seamless and spirited experience.

You’ll receive:

  • All care package items based on your selected size
  • Shipping boxes and pre-labeled shipping slips (or blank if you have your own recipients)
  • Custom cards and envelopes with your company logo
  • Pens for writing messages
  • USA-themed tablecloths and decor
  • Framed packing instructions for table setup
  • A completed sample care package for reference

All your team needs to do is show up and pack—we handle the logistics, and your completed boxes go straight to deployed troops in need. Whether you’re sending to your own contacts or donating to our active list of military requests, this is team building that makes a real difference.

How big or small can our volunteer group be?

Our team building program is designed to be scalable. Even larger organizations can participate.

The key is finding a comfortable space for the group to be able to spread out and build the packages. Large meeting rooms, spacious hallways, cafeteria, or classroom are all spaces to think about for hosting the event.

How does shipping work?

Hero Care Packages provides all the shipping labels needed for the event. We ship USPS Priority to ensure the packages arrive as quickly as possible. Once the package is sealed, your team will put the shipping label on.

Depending on location, you can schedule a USPS pickup of the care packages or group together to make drop offs t the nearest location.

Can we put our own items in the care packages?

Yes, but it must first be approved by our team. Due to the strict restrictions and rules put in place by the DoD and Customs departments around the world, we need to make sure the item(s) is allowed to be imported.

The more common personalized items such as handwritten letters and drawings, are allowed and encouraged but other food items, electronics, tools, etc. need to be approved.

Looking for a meaningful way to give back during the holidays, Military Appreciation Month, or a corporate giving campaign? Our Corporate Giving Program allows your company to sponsor branded care packages that are donated to deployed service members.

Here’s how it works:

  • We create a private, branded ordering page just for your team
  • You choose the care package style(s) and price points
  • Employees visit the link, purchase a care package, and we handle the rest
  • Each care package includes your company’s logo and a custom message
  • All packages are shipped directly to deployed military from our facility
