Will the package reach my service member safely?
Yes. We specialize in shipping to APO/FPO addresses and know how important it is for your package to arrive exactly where it’s meant to go. Every Hero Care Package is carefully labeled, tracked, and packed in heavy-duty corrugated boxes that are designed to handle the journey. While we don’t control how fast USPS moves your package once it’s in their hands, we do everything possible to make sure it’s shipped quickly, packaged securely, and set up for safe delivery to your service member.
Is the package filled with meaningful, high-quality items (not cheap fillers)?
We don’t believe in sending random snacks or low-quality items that end up discarded. Instead, every Hero Care Package is thoughtfully curated with feedback from service members themselves. That means no items that melt, break, or go to waste — just premium snacks, useful extras, and small touches that brighten their day. We choose products that are practical, comforting, and enjoyable, because what you send should truly matter.
How fast will it ship?
We know every day counts when you’re sending something to a loved one serving away from home. That’s why we process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. As soon as your care package leaves our hands, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow its journey all the way to your service member. We work quickly because we understand the anticipation on both ends of the package.
